Deband Cutter

Coil Transfer

  • It is a coil transfer facility that transfers coils produced in the coil production line to packing line or moves the packed coils to the loading process.

Paper Wrapping Machine

  • It is an unmanned automation facility where a cartesian robot automatically selects, cuts, supplies and waits for the wrapping paper needed for coil packing for the automation process.

Inner Sheet Inserter

Outer Ring Machine (Auto)

Inner Ring Forming Machine (Auto)

Side Protector Forming Machine

Eye Strapping Machine

  • This equipment is one that binds and fixes the packing materials using steel bands on the outer diameter part of the steel coil products which have been wrapped with the protective packaging materials.

Center Strapping Machine

  • This equipment is one that binds and fixes the packing materials using steel bands on the outer diameter part of the steel coil products which have been wrapped with the protective packaging materials.

Chain Conveyor
