Configuration of the equipment

1. Smart Strapping Head

  • Quantity: 2 Set
  • Welding type [SJSH32 – WL, R]
  • Embedded with a binding force adjustment function
  • Servo Motor Drive
  • Applicable band size: 32 x 0.8t or customer requirements <Change after initial specification not allowed>

2. Liner Dispenser

(Automatic Liner Feeder)
  • Quantity: 2 sets
  • Mounted on side of the smart strapping head
  • Device that automatically feeds liners when supplying steel bands

3. Steel Band Dispenser

(32 x 0.8t or customer specification steel band automatic feeder)
  • Quantity: 2 sets
  • Band loading capacity [Max.]: Band roll width 200mm x 500kg
  • Continuous supply of bands during product strapping possible

4. Compressor

(CHQ Wire Compressor)
  • Quantity: 1 set
  • Specification of a compressed product: Outer diameter max 1600mm x inside diameter min 700mm x width max 750mm~min 450mm
  • Product specification before compression: Outer diameter min 1100mm x inside diameter max 1800mm

Overview of Binding Automation

  • CHQ-wire loading (Manual)
  • Operation of binding button after CHQ-wire compression (Manual)
  • Simultaneous binding of 2 points (3 o’clock, 9 o’clock direction) including automatic insertion of liners (Auto)
  • Rotation of wire by 90° after opening a compressor slightly (Auto)
