Configuration of the equipment

1. Smart Strapping Head

  • Quantity: 2 Set
  • Welding type [SJSH32 – WL, R]
  • Embedded with a binding force adjustment function
  • Applicable band size: 32 x 0.8t or customer requirements <Change after initial specification decision not allowed>
  • Servo motor drive

2. Liner Dispenser

(Automatic liner feeding device)
  • Device that automatically feeds liners when the steel bands are supplied
  • Mounted on the side of smart strapping head
  • Device that automatically feeds liners when the steel bands are supplied

3. Steel Band Dispenser

(32 x 0.8 t or customer-requested steel band automatic feeder)
  • Quantity: 2 Set
  • Band loading capacity [Max.]: Band roll width 200mm x 500kg
  • Continuous supply of bands available during product strapping

4. Vertical Compactor

(CHQ Wire Compressor)
  • Quantity: 1 Set
  • Compressed product specification: Outside diameter max 1400mm x inside diameter min 650mm x width max 600mm~min 200mm
  • Product specification before compression: Diameter min 1100 mm x width max 800mm

Overview of Binding Automation

  • CHQ-wire loading (Manual)
  • Operation of binding button after CHQ-wire compression (Manual)
  • Simultaneous binding (auto) of 2 points (3 o’clock, 9 o’clock direction) including automatic insertion of liners
  • Binding of additional 2 points after rotation of a compactor by 90° (Automatic)
  • Tilting of a compactor by 75° and pusher open (automatic)
  • Unloading (Manual)
